FedEx Fleet Rebranding & Mobile Fleet De-Identification

Power Stream USA completed a large-scale fleet de-identification and rebranding project for a FedEx fleet across multiple Utah locations — servicing more than 100 commercial vehicles on-site over approximately one month while the fleet remained fully operational throughout the entire project.

Project Overview

A Full-Scale Fleet De-Identification & Rebranding Operation

In May 2025, Power Stream USA was contracted to complete a large-scale fleet de-identification and rebranding project for a FedEx fleet operating across Utah. The scope included more than 100 commercial vehicles — ranging from P700 and P1000 delivery vans to step vans, package delivery trucks, day cab tractors, and sleeper tractors.

The project was completed across three fleet locations: Orem, North Salt Lake, and West Valley City, Utah. Rather than requiring the customer to transport vehicles to a central facility, our mobile crews traveled directly to each location — eliminating the logistical burden and keeping the fleet in daily service throughout the entire project.

Because these vehicles were actively making deliveries every day, our team coordinated directly with fleet management to schedule work around delivery routes and vehicle availability. Rather than taking the fleet out of service, we averaged approximately 25 vehicles per week over the course of roughly one month — allowing normal business operations to continue uninterrupted while the entire fleet was updated.

Each vehicle required complete removal of existing fleet graphics, full adhesive residue elimination, pressure washing where needed, surface preparation, and professional installation of updated FedEx decals. Completing more than 100 vehicles on this schedule, without disrupting daily operations, reflects the kind of large-scale fleet project management Power Stream USA is built for.

FedEx Fleet Before De-Identification

Each vehicle arrived with full FedEx fleet graphics — logos, wordmarks, phone numbers, and service strips — covering cab doors, box panels, and rear doors. All graphics needed to be fully removed before new branding could be applied.

What We Did

Full-Service Fleet De-Identification & Rebranding

Every vehicle in the FedEx fleet received a complete, multi-step treatment — from initial decal removal through surface preparation to final decal installation.

Fleet De-Identification

Complete removal of all existing FedEx fleet graphics, logos, and branding from every vehicle surface — doors, box panels, cab sides, and rear doors.

Commercial Decal Removal

Professional vinyl decal removal using heat guns, plastic scrapers, and industry-grade solvents — no razor blades, no scratched panels, no damage to the underlying surface.

Adhesive Residue Removal

Every panel was treated to fully eliminate adhesive ghosting and sticky residue left behind after decal removal — leaving a clean, uniform surface ready for new graphics.

Fleet Rebranding

After surfaces were prepped and cleaned, updated FedEx decals were professionally installed on each vehicle — aligned, smooth, and ready for daily service.

Mobile Fleet Services

Our crews traveled directly to the customer's fleet locations in Orem and North Salt Lake — no need to transport vehicles to a shop. We came to them.

Surface Preparation

Each vehicle surface was inspected, cleaned, and prepared before new decals were applied — ensuring maximum adhesion and a professional finished appearance.

Commercial Pressure Washing

Vehicles were pressure washed as needed throughout the project to remove road grime, adhesive residue, and surface contamination before and after decal work.

Professional Decal Installation

New FedEx branding decals were installed by experienced technicians — properly positioned, bubble-free, and built to last through daily commercial use.

Keeping Commercial Fleets Moving

100+ Vehicles Serviced Without Stopping the Fleet

For a commercial fleet operator like FedEx, every vehicle that sits idle is a vehicle that isn't delivering packages. Downtime isn't just inconvenient — it directly impacts revenue, customer commitments, and daily route coverage. That's why minimizing fleet downtime was a core requirement of this project from day one.

Power Stream USA coordinated directly with fleet management to schedule each vehicle on days it was not assigned a delivery route. Our mobile crews worked around the fleet's operational calendar — arriving at each location with the equipment, materials, and personnel needed to complete each vehicle efficiently and move to the next. By averaging approximately 25 vehicles per week, we kept the project on a steady, predictable pace over the course of roughly one month.

Because we operate as a fully mobile fleet service, there was no need to transport vehicles to a shop or staging facility. We came to the fleet — at the Orem, North Salt Lake, and West Valley City locations — and completed the full de-identification and rebranding process on-site. The fleet never stopped running.

This kind of scheduling precision and mobile capability is what separates a professional fleet service provider from a standard pressure washing company. When you have 100+ vehicles to rebrand and a delivery schedule that can't stop, you need a crew that can work around your operation — not the other way around.

How We Kept the Fleet Operational

  • Coordinated scheduling with fleet management — each vehicle was serviced on its off-route day
  • Mobile crews traveled to all three fleet locations — Orem, North Salt Lake, and West Valley City — eliminating vehicle transport
  • Vehicles were returned to service the same day they were completed — no overnight holds
  • Dedicated project coordination ensured no vehicle was double-booked or missed across 100+ units
  • Averaging approximately 25 vehicles per week kept the project on schedule over roughly one month
  • Fleet remained fully operational throughout — no route coverage gaps for the entire duration

Why Power Stream USA

Utah's Commercial Fleet De-Identification Specialists

Fleet de-identification and rebranding is a specialized service that requires more than a pressure washer and a scraper. Done right, it leaves every vehicle looking clean, professional, and ready for the next chapter.

Power Stream USA has completed fleet de-identification and rebranding projects for some of the largest commercial fleet operators in Utah — including FedEx (100+ vehicles), Digby Dedicated, Wilson Transportation, and BTX Global Logistics.
